Do you supply IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. We source IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds and confirm at quotation which stones carry individual reports and which are parcel-matched melee. The certification scope is agreed before production starts.
What is your minimum order quantity?
No minimum — order from just 1 piece. Many brands start with one sample before scaling; pricing improves with quantity.
How long does production take?
Simple rings, studs and pendants typically take 7–14 days after CAD approval. Complex multi-stone designs and larger orders take longer and are confirmed when you order. Express delivery then takes about 3–7 business days.
Which metals can you use?
9K–22K yellow, white and rose gold, Pt950 platinum and 925 sterling silver, with 2.5μm vermeil plating available for silver lines.
Can you make it under my brand?
Yes. We produce private label with your hallmark or logo and packaging, and keep your designs confidential — we are happy to sign an NDA before you share files.
