Shipping costs

  • Jewelry: free worldwide shipping.
  • Custom packaging items: choose at checkout — Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) $150 or Economy (slower) $80. Charged once per order, not per item — even if the order also contains jewelry.

When your order ships

  • Orders are dispatched after production is complete and quality checked. Rings and pendants typically take 7–10 days to produce; bracelets about 20 days.
  • Express shipments (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Economy shipping is slower. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.
  • A tracking number is provided once your parcel ships.

Import duties & taxes

  • Prices exclude destination import duties and VAT/GST. Where applicable, these are charged by your local customs or the carrier and are paid by the recipient on delivery.
  • If you would like us to contact you about customs paperwork before shipping, choose that option at checkout or email us.
  • Parcels refused because of import charges may be returned to us; return shipping and any charges will be deducted from any refund.

Address & delivery

  • Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address.
  • If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
