Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases and services provided through www.alphajewelry.com, operated by Guangzhou Guya Jewelry Co., Ltd (“Alpha Jewelry”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Contact: alpha_jewelry@163.com.

1. Orders & acceptance

An order is accepted when we confirm it and receive payment. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item cannot be produced, a price was shown in error, or payment cannot be verified.

2. Prices & payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude destination import duties/taxes. Payment is accepted via PayPal, debit/credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay (where available) or bank transfer (SWIFT T/T or CHATS). Bank transfer orders are processed once funds are received.

3. Custom work & approval

For custom and personalized items, production starts after you approve the design (CAD/render) and specifications. Please check details carefully; changes after approval may incur extra cost and time. Images and renders are representations — natural variation in metals and stones may occur.

4. Production & shipping

Production and delivery times are estimates. Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns, defects, and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Your designs & confidentiality

You keep ownership of designs you provide. You confirm you have the right to use any design, logo, or trademark you send us. We do not share client designs with other customers and are happy to sign an NDA before you share designs.

7. Our content

Website text, photos, and designs created by us remain our property and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it may be submitted to a competent court where Guangzhou Guya Jewelry Co., Ltd is located.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
