Refund & Returns Policy

Alpha Jewelry (Guangzhou Guya Jewelry Co., Ltd) makes most pieces to order. This policy explains what can be returned, how defects are handled, and how refunds are paid. Questions: alpha_jewelry@163.com.

Custom, engraved & personalized jewelry

  • Items made to your design, size, metal, stone choice, engraving, or other personalization are produced specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item is defective.
  • Please check your CAD/design confirmation carefully — production starts after your approval.

Workmanship defects

  • Report any workmanship defect (for example a loose stone, broken prong or clasp, casting flaw, or an item that does not match the approved design) within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos or video.
  • Once confirmed, we will repair or remake the piece at no cost to you. If a repair or remake is not possible, we will refund the item.
  • Normal wear, accidental damage, resizing by third parties, or misuse are not covered.

Ready-design (non-customized) jewelry

  • Jewelry ordered exactly as listed, without any customization, may be returned within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Contact us first to receive return instructions. The customer pays return shipping (and any import charges on the return).
  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Custom packaging

  • Branded/custom packaging orders (logo boxes, pouches, cards, cloths, etc.) are made to order and are non-refundable, except for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery.

Production times

  • Rings and pendants: typically 7–10 days after design approval and payment (or agreed deposit).
  • Bracelets: typically about 20 days.
  • Complex designs may take longer; we will confirm the timeline before production.

How refunds are paid

  • Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method (PayPal, card, Google Pay / Apple Pay, or bank transfer). Bank fees charged by intermediary banks are not refundable.
  • Import duties/taxes paid to your local authorities are not refundable by us.
